We believe that the Scriptures, the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired by God without error and are our final authority for living. ( 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; 2 Peter 1:2, 1)

We believe in one God, the creator of heaven and earth, the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; three persons in one essence being co-equal, co-existent, and co-eternal. ( Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 14:16 )

We believe the creation of man by the direct act of God and his sinful fall as stated in Genesis account. ( Genesis 1-3 )

We believe the Deity, incarnation, virgin birth, and sinless life of Jesus Christ our Lord; His substitutionary death on the cross as the atonement for man’s sin; His bodily resurrection from the grave; His ascension into heaven to sit at the Father’s right hand; The imminent rapture of the Church and the personal, visible, and pre-millennial return of Christ to reign in His glorious Kingdom.

( John 1:1, 2; Isaiah 7:14; John 20:27; Hebrews 10:12; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 19:1-16 )

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine Person, equal with the Father and Son, and of the  same nature. He convicts the unbelieving world of sin and seals, indwells, infills, guides and teaches the believers.  ( John 16:8-11; Ephesians 1:13, 14 )

We believe every person is totally lost and sinful, and their salvation is by the grace of God through a personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, trusting His shed blood for the remission and penalty of their sins. The true believer is eternally secure ( Ephesians 2:8, 9; Romans 10:9; I Peter 1:18-19; John 10:28 ) because it rests in the finished work of Christ. All the redeemed are kept by God’s power and thus are secure in Christ forever.

We believe there are two competing powers in this world. There is the person Satan and his forces who seek to blind men’s minds lest they be saved, and to accuse and tempt God’s children. Then there is God’s power, which will judge the wicked, Satan and his forces at the last judgment. ( 2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 20 )

We believe in the one Body of Christ composing of every born again person starting from Pentecost until Christ comes for His own. Every believer is commanded to evangelize, worship, gain instruction, and pray together in a local assembly.

( I Corinthians 12:12, 27; John 3:3, 5; Matthew 28:19, 20; Hebrews 10:25 )

We believe that Christians are prohibited from bringing law suits against fellow believers to resolve personal disputes. We believe the local church possesses all the resources necessary to resolve such disputes.

We believe every believer should grow into maturity, identify his spiritual gift and serve in the local church in the area of his gift by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit ( Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, 13). He must do so in the spirit of Christian love, fellowship and humility.

We believe that there are two Church ordinances - Believers’ Baptism by immersion and the memorial of the Lord’s Supper. ( Matthew 28:19; I Corinthians 11:23-36 )

We believe in the resurrection of the body of the just and the unjust but each in its own order. The just are raptured at the coming of Christ, before the 7 years of Tribulation. The unjust will stand at the final judgment and are eternally lost.

( I Corinthians 15:5-53; John 5:28, 29; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 20 )

We believe there will be a New Heaven and New Earth where the righteous will live eternally with God. ( Revelation 21 )

Those who through unbelief have refused to accept God’s offer of mercy, will spend eternity in everlasting punishment ( Hell ). ( Matthew 25:46 )

We believe that the believer should separate himself from the world and evil ways, from disobedient brethren and apostasy - those religious systems or organizations that deny the basic doctrines of our faith.

( I John 2:15-17; Romans 16:17; Titus 3:10; 2 John 9-11 )

We must take a stand against any trend in doctrine and practice, which leads to discrediting the Bible and undermining the fundamentals of our faith. ( 2 Corinthians 6:14f, 2 John 17f )

We believe we must be willing also to adjust to new workings and leading of the Spirit in our time that are consistent with the Word of God.

We believe God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.

We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful perversion of God’s gift of sex ( Gen 2:24; 19:5, 13; Lev 18:1-30, Rom 1:26-29, 1 5:1; Heb 13:4)

We believe that human life begins at conception and that the unborn child is a living human being. We believe that abortion constitutes the unjustified, unexcused taking of unborn human life; therefore abortion is murder.

We believe government in the church is the rule of God among His people through the direction of the Holy Spirit and under the leadership of the pastor ( or workers ). As in the case of Moses, God speaks through the pastor, and the pastor speaks to the church. The church functions as a theocracy, not a democracy. We believe the pastor is a servant-leader in the spirit of Christian love, fellowship, humility and holiness. ( 1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 2 )
